What does Sun's burnout actually look like?

The ones that are just taking up space, holding patterns that have run their course, those are what Tone 11 releases. The difficulty is that from the inside, you can't always tell the difference in the moment.
Why does liberation sometimes feel like loss under Tone 11?
Because releasing something real — a relationship, an identity, a way of working — takes the same form as losing it. There's no version of Tone 11's gift that doesn't go through grief. The dissolution is genuine. What changes is whether you experience it as something being taken or something being freed.
What's the challenge of being born under Tone 11?
Stability. When you naturally dissolve what's finished, you can also dissolve what's still needed.
