What does Warrior get wrong about its own doubt?

What does Tone 12 ask of you?
Show up for the group as much as you show up for your own work. Crystal people often have strong individual gifts, and the temptation is to perfect those gifts privately and then share the result. But Tone 12 asks for something harder: bringing your actual self, including the incomplete parts, into genuine collaboration and letting the cooperation do work that you couldn't.
