The person with this cross guides a group when it asks and receives in private what its members keep quiet. Their two Design gates form a channel on their own, which gives ideas seen all at once a direct route to speech.
A channel on the Design side
The 23 and the 43 are harmonic gates: together on the Design side, they form the Channel of Structuring, and both the Ajna and the Throat are defined by it. If the chart had only these four gates, it would belong to a Projector, and its authority would be Mental.
If Gate 31, Leading, were added, forming the Channel of the Alpha with the 7, it would still be a Projector, but with Self-Projected Authority, where the person discovers their choice by saying it.

The same plan, two seasons
In September, at the food bank in Saint-Brieuc, Évrard suggested to the volunteers that parcels be handed out by neighborhood rather than in order of arrival. The plan had come to him whole the day before, as he watched the line on the sidewalk. Nobody had asked him anything; the general meeting voted against it.
In January, the line doubled. The coordinator came to ask him what he saw for the end of the winter. He gave the same plan again, in the same words. This time, people followed it, then put him in charge of organizing the tables.
New ideas for a group that asks
A group that has entrusted its road to this person receives ideas that collective discussion had not brought out. The 43 sees them whole; the 23 finds words for them that the group can take up.
Everything depends on timing. The idea that arrives when the group has asked for a direction finds a place already made to hear it; the same idea, offered a season earlier, had none.
From the Personality Earth, the 13 adds one-to-one listening: the person who guides the group is also the one people talk to in private.
The right idea at the wrong time
A solution given without its steps leaves others outside. Those who saw nothing hear in it a certainty being imposed on them; the person, who still sees it whole, takes their reservations for ill will.
The G Center, which the cross does not define, can stay open. The role remains, but the person risks taking the direction of the group they guide for their own.
The guiding place depends on recognition from the group; an idea offered before it has asked for anything closes that place for a while. A Projector does well to wait to be invited, even when the answer is already ready.

Is a chart with this cross necessarily a Projector’s?
No. The cross defines the Ajna and the Throat without any motor; the Type depends on the other channels. A chart that also includes the 20-34 belongs to a Manifesting Generator.
Can the guiding place be lost?
It plays out group by group. Each group grants it or withdraws it on its own side: a team that follows the person says nothing about what the next one will do.
Is seeing a solution all at once already deciding?
Not yet. When the chart has no channel other than the 23-43, the authority is Mental: the decision forms over conversations with a variety of people, where the idea is put to the test of others.
