Your tone: Resonant
You are a channel: inspiration passes through you rather than coming from you. The whole challenge is to stay available without losing yourself in what moves through you.
Its influence on your seal
With the Resonant tone, you receive more than you produce, and your best work passes through you more than it comes from you. Part of you is attuned to something: when your mind is clear, what comes through is truly good. Your discipline is keeping that clarity so you remain a reliable channel.

Frequently asked questions about the Resonant tone
What is the difference between being a channel and being passive?
A channel is active. Tone 7 doesn’t receive effortlessly: it receives because it maintains a quality of attention, a kind of inner attunement. If it is distracted, exhausted, or caught in constant mental noise, the channel closes. Staying attuned is its work, not some vague spiritual pose.
What do tone 7 people have in common?
An acute sensitivity to their environment, which costs them as long as they don’t recognize it for what it is. They pick up a lot: the tensions in a group, the emotional state of the people around them, what goes unsaid. This is not extrasensory perception, it is resonance: they are made to pick things up, but have to learn to sort through them.
What does tone 7 look like at its most difficult?
Like someone who talks a lot without saying anything specific, or who goes completely silent. Both extremes have the same source: it is no longer attuned to anything, and noise replaces signal. The clarity of what it transmits depends directly on the quality of its inner state.
