Before adopting a method, even their own, the person puts it to the test, then keeps it without going back to it if it has held. On the Design side, a regular cadence and an urge to try things give this doubt set hours and a way out.

Two Head gates, two harmonic gates in the Ajna

The 63 and the 64 are two of the three gates of the Head, the center of questions and inspiration. Their harmonic gates are both in the Ajna, the only center linked to the Head: Gate 4, Formulization, for the 63; Gate 47, Realization, for the 64. A defined Head is therefore always defined together with the Ajna.

With the 4, the 63 forms the Channel of Logic, the 4-63, where doubt leads to an explanation that others can pick up. Without this harmonic gate, the question stays open until the checking is done, with nothing to give it a form.

The tape measure check

At the land surveying firm, his colleagues consider Cyprien’s habit unnecessary: rechecking every boundary marker with a tape measure after measuring it with the instrument. He himself ends up doubting it.

One summer, he compares the two methods on some thirty boundary surveys. The tape corrects two errors, both on sloping plots. He keeps the habit and stops talking about it.

This check has its slot, Tuesday afternoon, when the week’s surveys are in. The rest of the time, he does not think about it.

When an intern asks him whether this double check is really worth it, Cyprien shows him the two errors found the summer of the comparison, then lets him choose for his own sites.

A doubt that knows when to stop

The 63 questions what a group, or the person themselves, accepts without examination. Whatever holds up then serves as support for years; the doubt, its work done, stops. Personal destiny: that sums up the Right Angle of this version.

Placed at the Earth, the 64 brings another kind of material: lived scenes that have not yet yielded their meaning. They do not serve as proof; they remain available.

On the Design side, the 5 gives the checking set hours, and the 35 pulls the person out of verification through an urge to try things: doubt does not go around in circles when a new experience is waiting for it.

Other people’s questions

An open Head picks up other people’s worries and gives them more weight than they have. A client hesitates about where his property line runs, and the question follows Cyprien all the way to Sunday, even though the file is closed.

Doubt can also turn against one’s own desires. The trial the 35 suggested then waits for a guarantee that no experience provides in advance. With a defined Sacral, though, the gut’s response did not have to wait for the examination to end.

For you, for others

For you

Check a habit once, seriously, then keep it if it has held. For your life choices, let your authority decide even when a question remains open.

For others

If your business partner has this cross, expect him to question his own methods as much as yours. Once the examination is over, he sticks to it: do not reopen the debate.

Frequently asked questions about the Right Angle Cross of Consciousness

Is doubting your own methods a lack of confidence?

The doubt is about the method, not the person using it. An examined habit that has held becomes more reliable than before, and that is what makes it possible to keep it without going back to it.

Why does this cross need set hours?

Because the 5 is on the Design side in this version. The doubt of the 63 finds there a time to do its work, then stops; without this framework, nothing tells it when to finish.

What does doubt gain when Gate 4 is also in the chart?

A form. The Channel of Logic then defines the Head and the Ajna, and the question takes on a form that can be passed on instead of remaining one more check.

Can you stop checking?

For a given question, yes, once the examination has been carried through to the end. The pressure of the Head brings another one afterward; choosing the moment to stop is part of the work.
