The mood slides from melancholy toward abundance while nothing has changed around it; a desire to build with someone goes along with it. What those around the person notice first is elsewhere, though: a force that turns into action as soon as it is called upon.
A channel formed on the Design side
In this version, the Channel of Charisma forms between the two Design gates, the 34 and the 20: the Sacral joins the Throat in everyone who has this version.
In the Solar Plexus, the 55 forms a channel with no other gate of the cross. If Gate 39, the Provocateur, is also in the chart, it forms a channel with the 55, the Channel of Emoting, which links the Root to this center: the pressure of the Root then adds to the ebb and flow of the mood. Human Design sees in the Right Angle, the angle of this version, a personal destiny.
A screening born of a lighthearted Friday
On a Friday when everything feels light to her, Nadège, an optician, suggests to the orthoptist in the practice next door that they organize a free eye screening together at the neighborhood school. Three weeks later, her enthusiasm has died down; the project, however, still holds, and they see it through to the last class.
The day before an exam, a middle schooler comes in with a frame broken in two. She solders it back together while he waits, telling him what she is doing at each step; he leaves with his glasses and an explanation he had not asked for.
Impulses the force comes to serve
The ideas born in the high moments of the 55 find the means here to come true. The Channel of Charisma supplies a force that responds and acts on the spot, and the 59 turns these impulses toward what is built with someone.
Because the mood follows its own course, a busy period does not snuff out the desire to propose things, and a quiet period does not guarantee it. What those close to the person receive from the high moments, ideas and a helping hand, does not depend on what the shop or the household is going through.
Launching on a high, dropping in a low
The channel makes the person act without waiting, while a defined Solar Plexus calls for time. Opening a second store during a high week would commit Nadège for years, when the wave has not finished its movement.
The reverse exists too: a project started with enthusiasm can seem absurd during a low. Abandoning it at that moment lets the low decide in place of the authority.
The 59 can also mistake a favor for the start of a partnership. A customer helped out one evening does not necessarily want to build anything at all; proposing a project to them the very next day gets ahead of a bond that does not yet exist.
For you, for others
For you
At your next low, look again at what you felt like launching on a high day. Whatever still holds you at that moment deserves your force.
For others
When a business partner has the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, discuss a joint project with her over several conversations, because one held on a gray day does not yet tell you what she thinks of it.
Frequently asked questions about the Right Angle Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix
With this cross, is a low mood a sign of depression?
No. The gate describes a movement between melancholy and abundance, of which melancholy is only one half. When a sadness settles in for weeks or prevents you from living normally, a doctor is the person to see.
Should an immediate favor wait for the end of the wave?
Not a gesture made on the spot, like helping out a customer. Patience applies to what commits you for a long time: a partnership, a lease, a household.
Does the 59 need Gate 6 to act?
Not for force: the Sacral, where it sits, is defined by the Channel of Charisma. Gate 6, Friction, would add the Channel of Intimacy, and with it a way of approaching others set to the rhythm of the Solar Plexus.
Does a high mood mean a project is good?
It tells you the state of the wave, not the worth of the project. An idea that still appeals after a low has passed a test that enthusiasm alone could not give it.
