The sleepyhead and the restless one receive the same hospitality from someone with this cross; no one is asked to change their pace. Their instinct, for its part, judges the organization, whose flaw is seen before it is proven.

Three centers on a fixed fate

Gate 15, Extremes, at the Personality Sun, has the same name as the cross. Along with the 10, it sits in the G Center, while the 17 and the 18 judge from the Ajna and the Spleen Center, two centers that nothing in the cross connects to the first.

The Juxtaposition is described as a fixed fate, that of people who are a bridge between Right Angle people and Left Angle people.

The cat boarding house

On the edge of a small town, in the entrance of a cat boarding house, a notary in a suit and a saxophonist coming back from a concert wait their turn, each with a carrier. Bernadette, who runs the boarding house, has them sit on the same bench while she fills in the check-in register; they leave having agreed to look after each other’s cats the following summer.

For six years she has kept a notebook in which each boarder has its own page: appetite, mood, what calms it. When a customer wonders why her cat eats at the boarding house and snubs its bowl at home, Bernadette opens the notebook and goes over with her, stay after stay, what changes from one place to the other.

An open house, a well-kept notebook

Incompatible characters live under the same roof without anyone being told to change: the 15, at the Personality Sun, makes welcoming a way of life; the Earth in the 10 gives the one who welcomes a constant behavior that her regulars recognize.

On the Design side, the 18 and the 17 bring two ways of judging an organization: the instinct that immediately sees what snags, then the demonstration that tracks down the facts. What has been understood does not remain an impression, and others can use it.

Every pace but her own

Without a defined G Center, the hospitality of the 15 loses its foothold. After so long fitting her days around every boarder and every owner, Bernadette no longer knows what she likes to do on a Sunday without cats.

The profile adds a brake: line 1 waits until it has solid ground underfoot before speaking, and the 17 always asks for a little more. The notebook grows thicker while a flaw seen by the 18 waits to be voiced.

For you, for others

For you

Keep one hour of the day that depends on no customer. When you stop something without knowing why, leave the stop in place until the reason comes. Then say what you saw, even if the file seems incomplete to you.

For others

A host with this cross will welcome you as you are; ask her, too, what suits her. When she refuses something without explanation, wait for what follows: she will come back with facts.

Frequently asked questions about the Juxtaposition Cross of Extremes

Does the Personality Sun gate count more than the others?

Each of the four gates contributes its share, with no ranking. The welcome of the 15 erases neither the judgment of the 18 nor the demonstration of the 17, and the behavior of the 10 holds it all together.

Does this hospitality sort people?

No. The 15 welcomes without selection; what gets sorted is the organization, which the 18 judges and the 17 proves.

Why does an activity that was working stop all of a sudden?

Because a judgment of the 18, which holds for the moment and does without reasons, stopped it. The 17 then tracks down the facts; as long as they are missing, those around take the stop for a whim.

Does a behavior that does not bend get in the way of the welcome?

It makes it readable. The 10 keeps its own manner, the 15 leaves others theirs: those who come know they will not be asked to change, and that no one will change for them.
