Welcoming a newcomer into a trade you know by heart, backing a friend who has to make a decision, helping a parent find their way through a process you have already been through: those moments recharge you. Your experience, stored inside you like archives, starts circulating again, and the drive comes back with it.

What threatens here is subtler than simple exhaustion. Since helping is what brings you alive, the temptation is to answer in the other person’s place: you know what worked for you, you say so, and the advice becomes an instruction. The Human, however, carries above all the freedom to choose; by deciding for those you help, you take away from them precisely what your seal holds most precious.

The Yellow Warrior, your guide, moves forward through questions.
