Kin 177: Red Galactic Earth
Dreamspell
177of 260
Seeing a sign and not responding to it costs the Galactic Earth dearly.
You notice a door opening slightly, a person returning to your life at a precise moment, a project offered to you for the third time. The Galactic turns this reading into a commitment: if the time is right and nothing moves, a dull unease sets in and seeps into everything else. Your Earth cannot read one direction and live in another. The point of friction lies in the nature of these clues. What an Earth perceives can rarely be proven; they are correspondences, returns, a sense of rightness. Yet acting on what you know assumes being sure of it, and months can go by waiting for a confirmation that will not come in the form of proof, all the while living alongside what you have seen.
This is where the Red Dragon comes in, guiding this Kin and taking care of what is beginning. Its part, for a Galactic Earth, is patience with first steps: a consistent gesture, however small, counts for more than a big turn forever postponed. Where your tone demands that everything line up, the Dragon protects the still clumsy attempt, the beginning of an answer that does not yet look serious. Can you bring your life into line with what you have seen without waiting for proof? For this Kin, the question returns with every sign.
