Why does the Warrior take apart its own convictions too, not just other people’s?
Because the intelligence that cuts through consensus doesn’t distinguish other people’s ideas from its own: it applies to everything it touches. The problem is that by questioning its own foundations, the Warrior ends up with nothing under its feet. It becomes brilliant and adrift at the same time. That is not lucidity: it is lucidity without grounding.
What does the Warrior’s clarity look like when it turns toxic?
It is right, and that is exactly the problem. Cutting so accurately all the time, it ends up no longer tolerating sloppy reasoning around it. Every conversation becomes something to correct.
