The wave comes from the other moment
Here, the gates of emotion are on the Design side. The Design corresponds to an earlier moment, about three months before birth, when the Sun stood 88 degrees back. The 36 and the 6, the two gates of the cross located in the Solar Plexus, come from that moment.
The low of the 36 and the distance of the 6 are as much a part of the cross as the restraint of the 12, the gate of the Personality Sun. That leaves the angle: the Right Angle, defined as a personal destiny.
A torchlight tour
In a castle on the banks of the Loire, the tour lasts an hour; Joachim knows enough to fill three. He says little. In the chapel, he lets the group look at the vaults without adding anything; it is in that silence that a child asks why one flagstone bears a carved hand. The liveliest story of the tour then finds its place.
With the seasonal guides, the distance varies. One week, he has lunch with them on the lawn and lends them his notes; the next, he eats alone in the lodge, without any of them having done anything. The old hands have learned not to see it as a falling-out and come back the following Monday.
What waits behind a sentence

Behind it, the Earth in the 11 holds other images in reserve, which do not need to come out in order to exist.
The 36 and the 6 put to the test what gets launched and who comes closer. What began in a burst of enthusiasm still has to hold up when the desire fades, and the one who comes closer still has to be welcome when the mood has turned.
The wave that catches you off guard
A low of the 36 can hit in the middle of a season that was going well, a distance of the 6 can arise with someone you liked the day before. The wave follows its own rhythm without warning. Deciding on that day to stop, or to break things off, amounts to letting one low day settle the question for a whole season.
With an open Throat, the restraint of the 12 takes its cue from other people’s silence. In front of a group that asks nothing, Joachim can talk for an hour without finding the pause that would have called up his stories, and the tour falls flat.
