Kin 39: Blue Cosmic Storm
Dreamspell
39of 260
The Cosmic Storm often arrives at the end of an era, and it is its jolt that allows that era to close.
A job that drags on, a relationship stuck at a standstill, a house lived in out of habit: here your drive takes the form of a last gust that finishes what needed finishing. You see the whole past season in a single glance, and your movement comes to conclude it. Others then discover that a whole page has turned while you were passing through.
This power to close things has its downside. A Storm does not really know how to stop, and the Cosmic tone asks you to let what has just ended settle. The end of one era and the turbulent start of another can follow each other with no interval, so that nothing has time to settle between the two.
The Blue Night, your guide, keeps the field of dreams and the silence in which they ripen. It offers your Cosmic Storm what movement does not know: a period of gestation after the storm, a fertile darkness where what comes next can take shape without yet being acted on. With the Night, the ending you bring about is followed by a night, not by another gust.
After the closing, will you dare to stay a while in the calm, long enough to dream what is coming, before setting off again?
