No. A horoscope tells you what will happen to you this week, based on your Sun sign alone. The Crossed Portrait predicts nothing: it starts from your exact birth, in four systems, and describes your ways of acting and reacting, not a future.
How is it different from the US$13 portraits?
A US$13 portrait goes deep into a single system. The Crossed Portrait does not repeat that detail: it keeps only what appears when your four systems are read together. The two do not repeat each other, and one can follow the other.
I am skeptical. Can it be of any use to me?
