The Sacral wired to the Throat
On the Design side, Gate 34, Power, forms with Gate 20, the Now, the Channel of Charisma, which connects the Sacral to the Throat. A chart limited to these four gates would already be that of a Manifesting Generator with Sacral Authority; the rest of the chart can change the authority, not the type.

The flooded rehearsal room
Maxence has been stage manager at the municipal theater for eight years. One Tuesday morning, the resident company discovers that the rehearsal room flooded during the night.
The stage director asks whether there is somewhere else to work. Maxence is silent for a moment, then he is on his feet: in twenty minutes, he has cleared the audience lobby, set up two work lights and hung a black curtain between the columns.
The theater’s general manager finds out as she crosses the lobby, amid the stacked chairs. He had told no one: the evening bar has to be moved in a hurry.
That evening, he explains to her in two sentences what he did. Since then, he makes a phone call before moving anything. His makeshift rehearsals no longer surprise anyone.
What is accepted gets done
What the gut accepts gets done at once, and holds. Gate 29, Saying Yes, at the Personality Sun, commits the strength of the Sacral for the whole length of the task; Gate 30, Recognition of Feelings, at the Earth, keeps the broadest commitments for desires that have lasted.
Through the Channel of Charisma, this strength passes into words or action while the situation is still there. Carried through to the end on the basis of a real response, the action leaves satisfaction behind.
The action before the announcement
Manifesting Generators are often advised to inform those the action affects once their Sacral has responded. The channel leaves so little time between the yes and the action that this step gets skipped, and the people around discover the work once it is done.
The channel also acts without a response. An idea that nothing outside triggered still finds a way to get going, then has to be kept up through willpower, to the point of frustration.

It can when the Solar Plexus is defined: the decision is then made once the wave has passed, while the channel calls for immediate action. When this center is open, the 30 desires at the pace of the moods without settling anything.
Does a channel form when both its gates come from the Design?
