Faced with a muddled situation, you do not start by analyzing it. You tidy, you move things around, you reorder the steps, and it is by doing that the right arrangement appears, for you as for those watching. A schedule you have redone often says more clearly what is wrong in a team than any discussion.
Showing and arranging are not the same gesture, though. A Mirror reflects what is; the Rhythmic gives it the urge to reorganize it. You slip from one to the other without noticing, until you are putting in order the life of someone who only asked where they stood.
Like two mirrors facing each other, the Mirror guides itself here, with doubled strength. No other seal holds up an outside image to you: what you put in order around you ends up reflecting you. The state of your desk, your days, your exchanges, tells how well your own balance holds or wavers, and observing yourself goes through what your hands have arranged. Tidying to help others see, without tidying in their place: between these two gestures, the Rhythmic Mirror looks for the right measure, and finds it again each time it watches itself at work.
