You can withdraw as long as the preparation of your portrait has not begun, or if it could not begin. In the usual case, it begins as soon as you pay, as you asked by ticking the box provided for this when ordering: the right of withdrawal then no longer applies.

To withdraw, fill in this form. An acknowledgement of receipt, showing the date and time of your statement, is sent to you by email straight away.

The invoice number (for example SO-2026-0001) is on your invoice, the order number at the bottom of the confirmation email. Failing that, give the date of your order.
